Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts to promote insurance products and services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized insurance solutions. Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to recommend suitable health, life, property, or casualty insurance policies. Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively to close sales while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track client interactions and policy details. Educate clients on benefits administration, coverage options, and regulatory requirements related to insurance products. Assist clients with claims processes, policy renewals, and ongoing customer service inquiries to foster long-term loyalty. Stay informed about industry trends, new insurance products, and changes in insurance regulation to provide expert advice. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse client populations. Familiarity with commercial insurance knowledge, including property casualty, health, and life insurance policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for effective sales administration and client management. Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
