About the Role Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow a career in sales? Ingram Micro is making a significant investment in our SMB (Small & Medium Business) segment and expanding our team to support this growth. As part of this initiative, we're hiring multiple Account Representatives to help drive momentum and capture new opportunities across our reseller base. This is a high-energy, customer-facing role where you'll manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll serve as a trusted partner and escalation point for your customers—helping them succeed while making a direct impact on the business. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of approximately 125 reseller accounts (mix of new and established) Build strong relationships and act as a primary point of contact and escalation Identify opportunities to grow revenue, increase margin, and expand product adoption Drive day-to-day sales activity including quoting, follow-ups, and closing opportunities Proactively engage customers to uncover new business needs and position solutions Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to deliver results Prioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Set clear expectations with customers and follow through with urgency and accuracy What Success Looks Like Consistently driving revenue and growth across your account base Building strong, trusted relationships with customers Managing multiple priorities while maintaining speed and accuracy Taking ownership and delivering results with minimal supervision What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is proactive, resilient, and action-oriented—someone who doesn't wait for opportunities but goes after them.

Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
