Job Description
office on Monday mornings for a couple hours o Record all incoming supplier refunds o Perform daily bank ties for refund bank account(s) o Perform research to determine appropriate application/disposition for all assigned refund cases o Prepare required financial entries to accurately transfer refunds to the appropriate supplier or GL account o Support monthly reporting requirements for leadership o Support weekly check special handling requirements o Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the organization.
