Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Parental Leave Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Active Rhode Island Property & Casualty insurance license. Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-stakes client advisory roles. Proficiency with standard insurance agency management systems and CRM software. Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on active listening and persuasive communication. Capacity to manage a diverse book of business with high attention to detail. Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and capture new business opportunities throughout Rhode Island. Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client is protected with the right coverage. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by providing transparent, honest, and timely advice. Participate in local community networking events to build brand presence for The Atlantic District. Review existing policyholder accounts to identify gaps in coverage and offer proactive solutions. Collaborate with the broader agency staff to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery.
