M-F Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly organized, eager, and self-driven Project Support Representative to support their construction equipment, tools, and supply rental/sales operations. This role ensures fast, accurate order processing and exceptional service for contractors and project teams. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience or strong familiarity with construction equipment, tools, or jobsite supplies is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate rental and sales records Provide quotes for equipment rentals, tool rentals, and supply/material sales Process orders and coordinate fulfillment with operations, dispatch, and yard teams Locate and source equipment, tools, and consumables from internal branches and suppliers Track deliveries, pickups, transfers, and allocate transportation costs Prepare invoices for rentals, sales, consumables, and related services Resolve customer issues related to billing, delivery, equipment availability, or service requests Maintain proactive, professional communication with contractors and field teams Support the organization's safety standards and HSE documentation requirements Work independently to manage priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Requirements:

An accredited two (2) or three (3) year technical or business degree with related experience, OR A combination of education and work-related experience, preferably in customer service, logistics, or the equipment industry Prior experience in construction, equipment rental, or industrial supply is a strong plus but not required A strong eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work The ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment without constant direction Experience or knowledge of construction equipment, tools, and job site supplies is highly beneficial and strongly preferred Experience in equipment rental, construction supply, tool rental, or industrial distribution is a plus Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and perform general office functions May occasionally be required to lift, carry, and/or move up to 25 pounds Close vision required for computer-based work Ability to work at a fast pace and manage stress in a deadline-driven environment Occasional exposure to production or field areas may require use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hearing protection, or hard hats Willingness to adhere to all company HSE policies including maintaining safe work practices, reporting hazards, and contributing to a culture of safety
