You must be a solution oriented team player who can effectively manage time and workloads. A good attitude and the ability to get along with other people is required.

Non-Exempt Responsibilities and Duties Accurate data entry Perseverance in gathering client and carrier information Interact effectively with other team members and carrier reps Flexibility in working across a variety of job duties and responsibilities Process policy renewals and endorsements as necessary Document client information and communicate as needed by phone and/or email Qualifications and Skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational skills Effective time management Proficient with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software programs Demonstrate excellence in all work performed Maintain respectful professionalism in an office environment Experience in oil and gas and/or insurance industries preferred Benefits We are an independent agency offering a stable work environment and have been in business since 1978.
