Full Job Description Job Overview Join our dynamic team at Boojum Moab as a Medical Cannabis Pharmacy Agent, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service within a rapidly evolving industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for healthcare with sales expertise, ensuring patients receive the highest quality products and support. As a Pharmacy Agent, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their medical cannabis journey, managing product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your energetic approach and customer-focused mindset will help foster trust and loyalty among our clients while promoting safe and informed use of medical cannabis products. Responsibilities Assist patients and healthcare providers by providing detailed product information and answering inquiries about medical cannabis options Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on different strains, delivery methods, and dosage guidelines Manage customer relationships through personalized service, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement Maintain accurate records of transactions, patient profiles, and inventory using CRM systems and other digital tools Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales goals within assigned territories through proactive outreach and consultations Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to medical cannabis sales, documentation, and security protocols Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, placing orders, and conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer trust Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to educate and guide customers confidently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for client management and reporting. Experience using Dutchie and MJ Freeway is a plus. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate complex information clearly Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple client accounts and maintaining detailed records Customer service expertise with a focus on building long-term relationships in a healthcare context Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales practices, medical sales regulations, and enterprise selling techniques Analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products effectively Join us in shaping the future of medical cannabis by delivering expert guidance combined with energetic enthusiasm.
