This physically demanding role is essential to the daily operation of our equipment rental yard. The ideal candidate will assist with servicing rental and low-maintenance equipment, maintaining yard and shop facilities, and supporting delivery and installation efforts. Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow all safety protocols and safety procedures with company policies. Assist with basic service and inspection of rental and low-maintenance equipment. Wash and clean equipment returned from job sites. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and shop environment. Perform general upkeep tasks such as sweeping, organizing inventory, and disposing of waste materials. Help load and unload equipment for same-day or next-day deliveries. Ensure all equipment is properly secured and documented for transport. Support field crews as needed. Performs all other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Commitment to following all safety compliance rules and regulations. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and working in outdoor conditions. Willingness to work overtime and after hours as needed Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous yard, warehouse, or equipment rental experience is a plus.
