This role serves as a key liaison between our clients and advisors, providing exceptional service and administrative support while helping ensure the smooth operations of our financial advisory practice. Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and communications.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through exceptional service and responsiveness.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare, process, and track client paperwork and documentation.
  • Assist clients with account-related inquiries and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate client records and support ongoing client communication initiatives.
  • Support advisors with administrative projects and follow-up tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree required, business or finance studies preferred.
  • 1-3+ years' experience in client service, relationship management, executive assistance, or office administration.
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or a professional services environment preferred.
  • FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license is not required but considered a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Schedule
  • Monday through Friday 9 am - 1 pm.
