Financial Services Client Associate Frieden Wealth Management | Virginia Beach, VAFull-Time |
Annual Salary:
$40,000 - $50,000 | Competetive Benefits Package Frieden Wealth Management is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Client Associate to partner directly with a financial advisor in an established and growing wealth management practice. This role combines client service, operational coordination, and practice support, with hands-on training and opportunities to take on greater responsibility over time. Financial services experience is not required; we welcome experienced professionals who are eager to learn and build a long-term career. Responsibilities Assist with investment and insurance applications and client paperwork. Coordinate with investment and insurance companies. Prepare for and assist with client review meetings. Maintain client notes, records, and follow-ups. Identify opportunities to improve organization, workflows, and day-to-day efficiency across the practice. Provide responsive, professional support throughout the client experience, including timely communication, accurate follow-up, and careful handling of client information. Assist with marketing and client events. Support day-to-day practice operations by coordinating priorities, tracking open items, and helping ensure commitments are completed accurately and on time. Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a professional, client-facing, administrative, or operations-focused role is preferred; prior financial services experience is not required. Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and proactive Comfortable managing multiple priorities Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems. Training & Growth This is an opportunity to join an established, growing practice , learn the financial services industry through direct mentorship, and contribute meaningfully to the client experience and day-to-day success of the business. The first year will focus primarily on training and transition, with most work completed in the Virginia Beach office alongside the financial advisor. As the employee gains experience and becomes established in the role, additional flexibility may be available based on the needs of the practice.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
