Role Description As an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you help keep the office running smoothly and support customers' success. You'll build meaningful customer relationships, serve as a helpful liaison between customer needs and the right agency departments, and represent our office with a friendly, professional attitude. Responsibilities Provide information about insurance products and services Assist customers with policy applications and renewals Handle customer inquiries & find solutions. Place outbound calls to customers as needed (follow-ups, reminders, policy updates, and service requests) Support customer retention by communicating clearly and following up on next steps Maintain accurate, detail-oriented records of customer interactions Contribute to a positive, technology backed office culture by being organized, respectful, and dependable What We're Looking For (Qualifications) Friendly, approachable communication and strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask Comfortable with phone communication, including outbound calling Strong follow-through and commitment to accuracy Customer service and/or sales experience preferred, but not required if you have the right attitude Willingness to learn—on-the-job training and development available Licensing Requirements Property & Casualty (P&C) licensing will be required.
