This opportunity is ideal for individuals who genuinely enjoy working with people, or are looking to build their overall confidence and communication skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This Customer Relations Representative position is not remote and involves direct communication, building rapport, and helping provide tailored solutions to current and new customers. Successful representatives are approachable, coachable, and willing to learn how to connect with a wide range of personalities over time. You'll spend your day speaking with customers in person, asking thoughtful questions to understand their needs, clearly explaining current offerings, and guiding them through new activations or service upgrades with professionalism and integrity. What You Will Do as an Customer Relations Representative You will receive hands-on training in Luxen & Co.'s sales approach and service offerings. In this role, you will: Engage customers face-to-face to present wireless plans, devices, and service options. Ask questions to understand each customer's needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Clearly explain pricing, features, promotions, and service terms. Assist customers with sign-ups, upgrades, and activations. Accurately collect and enter customer information and required documentation. Meet daily and weekly sales and enrollment goals with team support. Maintain professionalism and brand standards during every interaction. Essential Functions - Customer Relations Representative Conduct in-person sales conversations with potential customers. Present and enroll customers into wireless programs. Complete enrollment application and digital records accurately. Track interactions and results in the CRM system. Consistently work toward performance and revenue targets with ongoing coaching and mentorship. Education & Experience - Customer Relations Representative No prior sales experience needed — full training provided. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Willingness to learn and improve communication skills over time Motivated by personal growth, goals and measurable results. Preferred Skills - Customer Relations Representative Strong or developing communication and interpersonal abilities.
