As part of the legendary Harley-Davidson family, our dealership hosts events that bring riders together and keep the spirit of the open road alive. We're looking for an energetic, organized, and community-focused Event Coordinator to plan and execute unforgettable dealership events — from bike nights and weekend cookouts to charity rides, seasonal promotions, and major launch parties.

What You'll Do:

Plan and execute dealership events and promotions Coordinate vendors (food trucks, bands, sponsors, etc.) Manage event budgets and timelines Partner with Sales, and MotorClothes teams to drive traffic Promote events through social media and local outreach Ensure smooth event-day setup, flow, and breakdown Create engaging experiences that increase foot traffic and sales

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of event planning, retail, or marketing experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable working weekends and occasional evenings Outgoing personality with strong customer engagement skills Budget tracking experience Passion for motorcycles and community events is a big plus
