About Limitless Acquisitions Limitless Acquisitions is a sales and marketing company that helps clients connect with customers through in-person marketing and customer acquisition campaigns in retail environments. We provide hands-on, paid training designed to help team members develop practical experience in customer communication, sales, marketing, and leadership. This is an entry-level opportunity, so previous marketing or sales experience is not required. Position Overview As a Retail Marketing Representative , you will interact directly with customers at designated partner retail locations. You will represent client brands, explain available products and promotions, answer customer questions, and help customers determine which available options may best fit their needs. This is an in-person, customer-facing sales and marketing position and is not a remote or digital marketing role. Paid training is provided to help new team members learn our client offerings, customer engagement process, sales techniques, and basic marketing and branding concepts. Responsibilities Engage professionally with customers at assigned retail locations Represent client brands and increase awareness of available products and services Explain current products, services, and promotional offers Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about available options Assist qualified customers through the customer acquisition and enrollment process Maintain a professional and positive customer experience Develop communication, sales, and customer service skills Learn foundational concepts related to marketing, branding, and customer acquisition Work both independently and collaboratively with team members Participate in ongoing training and professional development Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred but not required Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Professional and dependable Comfortable working directly with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and receive coaching Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission Performance-based bonuses and incentives Estimated annual earnings: $45,000-$65,000 , depending on individual performance and commission earnings Paid training Weekly pay Professional development and ongoing training Opportunities to be considered for advancement based on performance and business needs Opportunities for local and national business travel may be available Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Approximately 8-hour shifts Occasional weekend availability may be required based on business needs Work is performed in person at the office and assigned partner retail locations Work Location East Hartford, Connecticut This position requires in-person attendance and is not a remote position.
