Full Job Description Community & Local Store Marketing Location:

Miami-Dade, Dania Pointe, and Coconut Creek About the Role Mister O1 is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and community-driven Marketing Field Coordinator to bring our brand closer to the neighborhoods we serve. This is a hybrid field and coordination role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the community, meeting people, building relationships, visiting our restaurants, and finding creative ways to make Mister O1 an active part of each neighborhood. The position also supports ongoing Corporate marketing activities, including guest recovery, tracking, and reporting.

The goal is simple:

build strong local relationships, increase brand awareness, and help drive more guests into our restaurants. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity & Local Store Marketing Be regularly present at our Corporate Mister O1 locations throughout Miami-Dade, Dania Pointe, and Coconut Creek. Build relationships with local businesses, residential buildings, schools, gyms, hotels, offices, concierges, property managers, and community organizations. Turn local relationships into partnerships, referrals, cross-promotions, and opportunities that introduce Mister O1 to new guests. Represent Mister O1 at community events, neighborhood activities, festivals, openings, and networking opportunities. Create local initiatives designed to generate awareness, traffic, and new guests for each restaurant. Coordinate local events, activations, sampling, gifting, partnerships, and grassroots marketing initiatives. Work directly with General Managers to understand each location's opportunities, challenges, and priorities. Identify opportunities for Mister O1 to give back and participate in the community, following our philosophy: "We give first to the community." Help identify local influencers, creators, organizations, and personalities who genuinely connect with each neighborhood. Corporate Marketing Support Respond to negative reviews and oversee guest recovery follow-up in coordination with restaurant teams. Maintain Corporate marketing calendars, trackers, contact lists, deadlines, and follow-ups. Gather results from local initiatives and provide a weekly summary covering partnerships, events, opportunities, follow-ups, and measurable results whenever possible. Who We're Looking For Someone who is: Extremely outgoing and comfortable meeting new people. Positive, energetic, organized, and proactive. Naturally good at building and maintaining relationships. Comfortable walking into a business and introducing themselves and Mister O1. Connected to or knowledgeable about Miami's different neighborhoods and communities. Able to work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative. Organized and consistent with administrative tasks, tracking, and follow-up. Comfortable using spreadsheets, calendars, and reporting tools. Available for occasional evenings and weekends when important community events take place. Has reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations and community activities. Passionate about hospitality, restaurants, people, and community. Fluent in English; Spanish is strongly preferred. Restaurant or marketing experience is helpful, but personality, initiative, organization, and the ability to connect with people are even more important.
