In this lively role, you'll lead engaging activities, manage event spaces, and ensure every guest has a safe, fun-filled time. Your energy and positive attitude will be key to fostering a joyful atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your event management skills while working in a dynamic, family-friendly environment. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate themed parties, games, and entertainment activities tailored to different age groups. Manage event setup and cleanup, including manual handling of equipment and decorations. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including emergency procedures and first aid readiness. Interact with guests to provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and resolving conflicts promptly. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems for party packages, merchandise, or food services. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of party areas and event venues to uphold safety standards. Assist with indoor activities or events that require indoor work experience, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment. Requirements Experience working with children in settings such as schools, camps, or entertainment venues. Strong background in events management or hospitality environments. Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle challenging situations effectively. Previous experience in customer service, childcare, entertainment, events, or working with children is a plus. Ability to perform lifting and manual handling of equipment or supplies safely. Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing transactions accurately. Excellent guest services skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Prior experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus. Comfortable leading activities and engaging with children and families in an energetic, outgoing manner.
