Job Summary Churchill Properties is one of the largest real estate brokerage firms on the North Shore with multiple offices and 110 agents. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to prepare property marketing brochures, promote our properties and agents on social media, prepare direct mail postcards, email marketing, and print media layouts for magazines and newspapers. The role also includes on site support of our associates. We are seeking a service minded individual with marketing and social media experience and proficiency with marketing software In-design, Canva and Constant contact. Experience in the real estate brokerage industry a plus. Must have ability to learn industry specific software including MLS, Xpressdocs, and Dotloop.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
