We partner with national service providers to expand their customer base through face-to-face account acquisition. We provide direct business development training, performance tracking, and internal advancement opportunities for our team members. Role Overview We are hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to help expand our client's residential customer base in the local market. You will work directly with prospective customers to present services, answer questions, and complete new account registrations. No prior experience is required. All positions include fully paid, hands-on training. Key Responsibilities Execute direct, face-to-face sales presentations to prospective residential customers. Explain promotional offers, service packages, and account details directly to consumers. Reach weekly performance quotas and maintain client service standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred). Coachability with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow within the role. Strong communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States.
