Position Summary:
Provide sales and marketing support to the Marketing Manager to help drive profitable sales growth. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives. Provide sales support with clear, effective tools and communication. Contribute as an active team member by taking on special projects and administrative tasks as needed to support overall business objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and execution of key marketing initiatives, including sales promotions, marketing materials, program communication and overall sales support. Design and execute creative projects, including product flyers/guides, presentations, digital content, and other customer- and sales-facing materials. Track and report on promotional performance, and other sales and marketing reporting to measure results and participation. Assist with planning and execution of events such as food shows, sales meetings, and employee events, including occasional local travel. Coordinate and manage customer menu projects from concept through completion. Support internal communications, including the monthly OpCo newsletter, local SharePoint site, and employee engagement activities. Assist in building and maintaining the marketing calendar by identifying trends and seasonal opportunities. Create and manage content for local social media channels and customer ordering platforms. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of projects.

Benefits Information Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent 1 - 2 years of marketing or related experience. Strong organization and communication skills, with ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficient in the use of Canva and Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. 2+ years of marketing/sales experience.
Graphic design experience:
Canva or Adobe. Experience with SharePoint, social media and/or email marketing platforms.
