Job Description

Marketing Campaign Coordinator This is not a "position." It's a chance to be part of a growing team creating a new story. At Bliss Media (creators of AppealMaker), we don't have bosses, titles, or ladders to climb. We have people who take responsibility, help each other win, and do whatever the team needs—every day. If you're looking to "manage people" or "move up quickly," this won't be a fit. If you're someone who: Likes owning a project from start to finish and seeing it through Communicates clearly and enthusiastically — on the phone, in email, and in person Thinks in terms of timelines, follow-through, and what's next Wants to learn, improve, and contribute …this might be the right place for you. What You'll Do Your primary focus will be coordinating and helping run our marketing campaigns and prospect outreach — from first contact through to tradeshow follow-up.
This includes:
Fielding inbound prospect calls and emails, and moving promising conversations forward Managing our CRM as the source of truth for campaigns, prospects, and follow-up Planning and coordinating tradeshows — registrations, logistics, materials, timelines, and staffing Traveling to attend tradeshows and represent Bliss Media in person Helping plan and execute outbound marketing campaigns, tracking what's working and what isn't Coordinating across the team to keep campaigns moving on schedule Supporting Customer Service with orders in process Supporting the team wherever needed (because that's everyone's job here) This role blends campaign coordination, customer-facing communication, and event planning. What Matters Most (Not Your Resume) We care far more about how you work than where you've worked. You'll do well here if you: Can juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball Communicate clearly, especially in writing Stay calm when something goes wrong Take responsibility instead of pointing fingers Ask questions and seek to understand Look for ways to improve a campaign or process—not just execute it Are comfortable talking to strangers, whether on the phone or at a tradeshow booth Are willing and able to travel occasionally for events Our Environment (Read This Carefully) There are no bosses here—leadership comes from action, not titles Anyone can talk to anyone, at any time Team success matters more than individual recognition You'll be trusted to take initiative and make decisions Growth comes from improving yourself, not chasing promotions If you need structure, hierarchy, or constant direction, this will feel uncomfortable. If you like ownership, learning, and being part of a collaborative team, it will feel right. Helpful (But Not Required) Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar) Experience planning or coordinating marketing campaigns or events Some experience in printing, direct mail, or marketing Prior tradeshow or event coordination experience What You'll Gain (Besides Unlimited Potential to Grow Professionally) A team that shares knowledge openly (no silos, no ego) Real ownership of campaigns early on The chance to develop strong project management and communication skills Travel and face time with customers and prospects across the industry A work environment focused on quality, integrity, and long-term thinking What You'll Get Competitive pay based on your experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Flexible schedule A workplace where you'll actually look forward to coming in
