Full-time Job Summary Sky Lake Construction is seeking a highly organized, dependable Marketing Logistics Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day logistics behind our marketing, events, advertising and community involvement. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role for someone who is good at keeping a lot of moving parts organized and making sure things get done. Responsibilities range from managing calendars, coordinating events and communicating with vendors to ordering signage, tracking budgets, maintaining inventory and helping with event setup. No two days will look exactly the same. The right person can prioritize, anticipate what needs to happen next, adjust when plans change and follow a project through to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing & Sales Director to manage daily priorities, project lists, schedules and deadlines
- Maintain an ongoing understanding of active projects and follow up on outstanding details without needing repeated direction
- Serve as a second set of eyes on details, schedules and outward-facing work before it goes out the door
- Coordinate company events, open houses, luncheons, expos, sponsorships and community initiatives from planning through execution
- Maintain marketing and event calendars, schedules, timelines and project checklists
- Help translate plans and ideas into actionable tasks, timelines and next steps
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, events and luncheons for the Marketing & Sales Director
- Communicate with vendors, venues, community partners and internal team members to coordinate details and keep projects moving
- Order signage, flags, promotional items, food, event supplies and other marketing materials
- Coordinate event setup, breakdown, deliveries and other on-site logistics
- Research vendors, promotional items, event ideas, sponsorship opportunities and other project needs
- Seek and coordinate sponsorships for company and community events
- Track marketing and event budgets, expenses and invoices
- Maintain inventory and organization of marketing materials and the marketing supply room
- Coordinate marketing assets and information needed for print advertising, digital campaigns, video, photography and other projects
- Create or update basic materials in Canva using established branding and templates
- Proof outward-facing materials for accuracy, consistency and brand standards
- Anticipate upcoming needs and deadlines and follow up to make sure details do not fall through the cracks
- Assist with other marketing, administrative and logistical needs as priorities change Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules and deadlines at the same time
- Strong ability to prioritize and determine what needs attention first
- Proactive approach to work with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, community partners, customers and team members
- Strong follow-through and ability to work independently without needing each next step assigned
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and plans will change
- Ability to manage budgets, expenses and basic project tracking
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Canva preferred
- Marketing, event planning, project coordination, administrative support or related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, carry and move marketing materials, event supplies, signage and other items as needed
