We are looking for someone who already understands internet leads, appointment setting, CRM follow-up, and customer communication. We are a fast-growing independent dealership looking for an experienced BDC Representative who knows how to turn leads into appointments and appointments into sold vehicles.

Your job is simple:

keep the phones ringing, the CRM moving, and the showroom full.

Responsibilities:

Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally Handle inbound phone calls and online inquiries Make high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails Schedule and confirm appointments Follow up consistently with unsold customers Re-engage older leads and lost opportunities Maintain accurate CRM notes and task completion Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates

Qualifications:

Previous Automotive BDC experience is

REQUIRED

Experience using dealership CRMs Excellent phone, text, and email communication skills Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic
