Marketing Coordinator Bluebird Mountain Sports Santa Fe, NM | Taos, NM | Angel Fire, NM About the RoleBluebird Mountain Sports is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team for the 2026/2027 ski season. This is a seasonal position with the potential to grow into a full-time, year-round role. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key part in driving retail sales and supporting our online store operations across all Bluebird locations.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with rental reservations, answering questions and guiding them toward retail purchases to drive in-store sales Support and manage customer orders through the Bluebird Mountain Sports online store Develop and execute social media content and campaigns to promote products, events, and seasonal offerings Create marketing materials and communications that align with the Bluebird brand Collaborate with store managers across all locations to identify sales opportunities and promotional strategies Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and customer engagement metrics Assist with email marketing, website updates, and other digital marketing efforts Photo and video editing for e-commerce and marketing materials Help plan and promote pre-season and in-season events Qualifications Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field Demonstrated social media management experience (content creation, scheduling, analytics) Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer-focused mindset with the ability to turn inquiries into sales opportunities Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and online order management Self-starter who can manage multiple projects across several locations Ski product knowledge is a plus Skiing/snowboarding experience is a plus Passion for the outdoors and winter sports is a plus
