Job Summary :
As a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Manager, you will manage the administrative aspects of transactions from contract to close. You will support all parties involved in the transactions to ensure the process is smooth and efficient. Along with creating social media content. Duties Handle all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close. Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly. Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with scheduling related services, such as appraisals, title, and survey. Enter client information into the client database system and review documentation for file compliance, and meeting broker guidelines. Track timelines for each transaction to ensure deadlines are being met. Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers Act as a liaison between clients and agents, via email, phone and in face-to-face interactions Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Skilled in Canva, video reel creation and editing. Managing business pages through facebook, instagram and tik-tok. Skills- Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
- Technologically savvy with the ablility to learn new programs quickly and is capable of troubleshooting common issues
- Understanding of real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles and mortgages preferred
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Dotloop, Gmail, and internet skills
- Concerned with doing things the right way the first time
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
- Able to stay calm and patient when faced with emotional situations
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Real Estate license preferred

$18.00- $23.
