Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Wellness CBD market, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Drive outside sales efforts by actively seeking new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and closing high-value deals with wholesale clients. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, training on technical sales processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor sales analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies for exceeding sales goals. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales within the wellness or CBD industry, with a strong understanding of in person, and wholesale sales processes. Demonstrated success managing management teams or leading sales strategy development in a corporate environment. Exceptional skills in customer relationship building, negotiation, deal closing, and account management at an enterprise level. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data using analytics tools for reporting and strategic planning. Experience in business development management, managing sales strategy or development teams, and executing cross-functional collaboration initiatives. Excellent leadership capabilities with a focus on team development, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and driving revenue growth through innovative approaches. $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
