```Duties``` As a Car Sales Desk Manager at our dealership, you will be responsible for the following:

• Market and sell vehicles to potential customers
• Deploy marketing and advertising campaigns across various media types
• Monitor and manage online advertising efforts and metrics
• Manage and monitor online reviews and sales leads
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Utilize math skills to calculate pricing and financing options
• Utilize bilingual skills to assist a diverse range of customers
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage the sales pipeline efficiently
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to keep track of customer interactions and sales processes
• Insure all sales department staff is up to date on factory training and certification.
• Negotiate terms of sale with customers
• Provide training and leadership skills for sales staff and online sales staff ```Experience``` To succeed in this role, you should have the following experience:
• Ford Dealer experience preferred
• CDK and E leads experience preferred
• CDK VIS auto knowledge preferred
• F&I knowledge and deal structure preferred
• Previous experience in a dealership setting is required
• Proven track record in sales support and achieving sales targets
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction
• High customer satisfaction skills and ethics
