We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Sales Director to lead our marketing, outreach, and enrollment operations! As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will direct our outreach and intake specialists, driving community engagement and census growth. You will foster strong, collaborative relationships across internal clinical teams and build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, senior housing networks, and community organizations. Duties & Responsibilities Meet gross and net census growth goals for the organization. Direct and coordinate all marketing, outreach, and community engagement initiatives to build market awareness. Direct and coordinate all intake and enrollment workflows, implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency and conversion rates. Track, oversee, and report on team performance—ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met or exceeded for leads, home visits, enrollments, eligibility statuses, and system tracking in Salesforce. Establish strategic growth strategies and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including senior housing communities, physician groups, hospitals, post-acute facilities, and local community organizations. Maintain working relationships with state regulatory bodies (DHCS/CMS) to ensure seamless enrollment workflows, adherence to timelines, and strict compliance with state and federal guidelines. Develop the department budget and direct team performance to achieve financial goals. Collaborate closely with executive leadership to report on key performance metrics and proactively resolve operational challenges. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Education & Leadership Experience Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or an additional five years of relevant management experience substituted for a degree).
Work Experience:
5+ to 7 years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory leadership experience.
Technical & Operational Capabilities System Proficiency:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience utilizing Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
Data-Driven Leadership:
Proven experience leading in a data-driven organization—leveraging analytics, reports, and metrics to prioritize workflows, oversee staff, and execute projects. Desired Qualifications At least two (2) years of supervisory/leadership experience specifically focused on senior healthcare services, growth, and enrollment (Preferred).
Location and Work Type Work Type:
Full-Time Leadership Position (Executive Director Level).
Work Setting:
On-Site / Field Operations (with occasional regional travel required for community partner engagement).
Schedule:
