Mortgage / Consumer Financial Services Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Loan Modification Sales Manager to lead, develop, and oversee a high-performing sales team focused on assisting homeowners who are seeking potential mortgage-relief and loan-modification solutions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales leadership, coaching, quality control, performance management, and ensuring that customer communications and sales practices are conducted professionally and in accordance with applicable federal and California requirements. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, coach, and manage loan-modification sales representatives. Establish sales goals, activity standards, and performance expectations. Monitor calls, appointments, applications, and conversion metrics. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Ensure representatives accurately communicate available services, fees, eligibility requirements, and limitations. Promote ethical, transparent, and consumer-focused sales practices. Review sales calls and customer interactions for quality and compliance. Work closely with processing and client service teams to ensure accurate handoff of qualified clients. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting. Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion, customer experience, and team productivity. Address customer concerns and escalate compliance or service issues appropriately. Maintain current knowledge of applicable mortgage-relief, advertising, telemarketing, and consumer-protection requirements. Meet company performance objectives while maintaining required compliance and quality standards. Qualifications 2+ years of sales-management experience, preferably in mortgage, financial services, loan modification, real estate, or a related industry. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team. Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills. Experience with CRM systems, call monitoring, and sales reporting. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a high-volume, performance-driven environment. Knowledge of mortgage servicing and loss-mitigation processes is preferred. California mortgage-relief experience is strongly preferred. Compensation Competitive base salary + performance-based compensation Compensation will be structured in accordance with applicable federal and California requirements governing mortgage-relief services and compensation practices.
