$140,000•$180,000 per year Job Details•What You'll Do Help shape and execute the North American growth strategy for industrial water and wastewater treatment. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with industrial customers. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while delivering against growth, bookings, and margin goals. Lead the sales process from initial customer discussions through solution development, negotiation, and award. Build strong relationships with customers, EPCs, agents, and distributors. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and strengthen the company's position. Partner with engineering, applications, and project teams to develop solutions and support customers through project execution. What We're Looking For 8+ years of technical sales or business development experience in industrial water and wastewater treatment. Must have experience working with EPC firms and selling/supporting engineered equipment or treatment systems on EPC-led projects. Experience selling engineered water treatment systems/packages, including technologies such as filtration, RO, biological treatment, or demineralization. Experience working with industrial customers in markets such as oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, or power generation. Proven track record of developing new business, building pipeline, and closing complex technical sales. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
