Job Description

Under the direction of the Vice President Resort Sales and Hotel, the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates, directs activities of the Resort Sales department, participates in formulating and administering departmental policies and procedures and promotes top quality customer service. Bachelor degree in a related field as well as five (5) years of senior sales management experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must possess ability to exercise independent judgment and well-developed tactful problem-solving skills. Must possess interpersonal and negotiating skills necessary to manage others and communicate with all levels of management and clientele. Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive material. Ability to plan long-term goals and the financial knowledge necessary to develop and maintain detailed financial records. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk.
