Residential Sales Manager Skymark Roofing is looking for an experienced Residential Sales Manager to lead and grow our residential roofing sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to recruit sales talent, coach reps in the field, drive accountability, and build a high-performing sales culture. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential roofing sales representatives Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales reps Set clear sales goals and hold the team accountable for performance Conduct regular one-on-ones, ride-alongs, and sales coaching sessions Help reps improve their closing skills, follow-up, presentations, and customer communication Monitor sales activity, appointments, proposals, close rates, and revenue Work with sales reps to identify opportunities and overcome objections Help create a strong culture focused on production, professionalism, and customer service Ensure sales reps are following company processes and best practices Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Help identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand market share Lead by example and remain actively involved in the sales process when needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential sales experience, preferably roofing, home improvement, HVAC, solar, or another home-services industry Previous sales management or team leadership experience Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop salespeople Strong understanding of residential sales and the in-home sales process Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Strong coaching and accountability skills Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented Willingness to spend time in the field with the sales team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based compensation Significant earning potential Full-time W-2 position Benefits Paid time off and company holidays Career growth opportunities Training and ongoing professional development Support from an established roofing organization Opportunity to build and lead a growing residential sales team About Skymark Roofing Skymark Roofing is a residential roofing company serving homeowners throughout Florida.
