Qualifications:

High-volume, dealership, Sales Manager experience with a proven track record of success ( 3-5 Years of experience required ). Excellent Leadership skills, and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing sales team. Ability to facilitate a deal throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
