What You'll Do Establish market presence through personally selling $1.5M+ annually while building and leading a small but elite sales team. Recruit, train, and develop new sales reps as the market grows. Drive company lead flow and self-generated opportunities. Conduct inspections, present proposals, and close deals at industry-leading margins. Maintain a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer care. Work closely with Operations to ensure 5-star customer experiences from sale to final walk-through. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of roofing sales or sales leadership experience. Track record of $1.5M+ in personal annual sales (required, not preferred). Strong leader with a "lead from the front" mindset. High-level communicator with the ability to train and motivate others. Experience with insurance restoration and retail roofing sales. Self-starter ready to build a market with the full support of a proven brand.
