Job description: High line luxury store in Owings Mills is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our growing team! As the new Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the new car inventory, implementing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the new car inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and control of all vehicles. Conduct market research to determine pricing strategies and ensure competitive pricing for used cars. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers. Call potential customers to promote new car inventory and generate leads. Collaborate with sales team to negotiate deals and close sales. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding inventory management. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues related to used car purchases. Train and mentor sales team on effective selling techniques. Train and mentor internet sales team on effective selling techniques.
Qualifications:
Two years of prior experience in an automotive management role required. Proven track record in automotive sales performance. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong organizational skills as it relates to managing inventory, processes and administrative tasks. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
