Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and team development for our inside sales team. Duties:

Develop and implement strategic inside sales plans, outreach campaigns, and lead-nurturing workflows to achieve company goals Lead, mentor, and provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance support to the inside sales team Identify and target new inbound and outbound customer opportunities and drive account expansion Oversee rapid inquiry response times, quote preparation, and pipeline follow-up to maximize conversion rates Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts to drive recurring business Conduct market research and analyze inside sales metrics, quote-to-close ratios, and conversion trends Collaborate with field sales reps, service managers, procurement, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction Drive strict utilization of CRM structure to manage lead routing, track sales activities, and maintain pipeline hygiene Prepare regular reports on inside sales performance, pipeline velocity, and opportunity conversion

Requirements:

Proven track record in technical inside sales, account management, or inside sales team supervision Proficiency in QuickBooks/Sage Strong analytical skills to assess sales metrics, conversion rates, and business opportunities Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills paired with strong negotiation abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent combination of industry experience) is a plus Ability to thrive in an office/inside sales environment with minimal travel required We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary, commission, and benefits.
