Job DescriptionCornerstone Building Brands is looking to hire a highly motivated sales professional for the position of District Sales Manager in the Mid-west region.
This teammate will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory. This role is representing our Metal Sales brand and product line.
SUMMARY
Develop and implement market strategies for all customer accounts, strategically position Metal Sales products with targeted accounts, and increase opportunities by building relationships in all market segments to enhance and increase customer loyalty. Collaborate with all Metal Sales Manufacturing personnel to determine actions that need to be accomplished with accounts in all targeted markets to best increase Metal Sales Manufacturing revenue.
Additional InformationThe US average base salary for this role is $70,000-90,000 + sales incentive + auto allowance + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Obtain forecasted volumes and marginsManage financial information relevant to sales volume, margins, market growth and profitability of the territoryManage internal communications, inter-branch communications, corporate directives and interpersonal relationships with CSRs, estimators and operations personnelContribute to executive management staff regarding market trends, policies, budgets and industry trends and standardsMaintain 100% forecast monthlySupport the efforts of all departments of MSMC by being the liaison between the customers and Operations, Credit, Trucking, Marketing and ManufacturingLead, listen and advocate for fellow TSM's, branch staff and customer support personnelHelp influence branch staff to be sales and customer focusedLead all communications between MSMC and customersQualificationsBachelors degree in business or marketing preferred3 years of experience in the building materials industrySales and estimating experience with roof and wall system is preferredProven successful sales experienceDemonstrated experience moving prospects through proposal, evaluation, negotiation, and closing stagesComputer Skills comparable to fulfill responsibilities and duties.
