This leadership role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and team development across all locations. What You'll Be Doing Operational Leadership Lead, coach, and support Store Managers and team to meet or exceed performance goals (sales, car count, gross profit, customer satisfaction, etc.) Ensure consistent execution of company standards, operating procedures, and customer experience protocols Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across all stores using internal reporting tools Identify process gaps and implement improvement strategies to increase operational efficiency Financial Performance Own and manage the P&L for each store under your region Drive revenue growth, control labor and COGS, and maximize profitability Analyze store-level data to identify trends, set goals, and hold teams accountable for results Team Development Build and maintain a high-performing team culture with a focus on accountability, communication, and customer-first mentality Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and key team members Conduct regular store visits, team check-ins, and performance evaluations Customer Satisfaction Ensure every store delivers consistent, top-tier customer service Resolve escalated customer concerns and support Store Managers in service recovery situations Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to company policies, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements Promote a safe, clean, and efficient working environment at every location
