In this pivotal role, you will drive high-end sales initiatives, develop strategic B2B (business-to-business) relationships, and oversee the entire sales pipeline to ensure continuous growth. Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with dealership goals and market trends, focusing on high-end and B2B sales channels. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, prospects, and business partners via outbound calls, cold calling, and public speaking engagements to generate new business opportunities. Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals; utilize CRM software to track progress and optimize outreach efforts. Conduct negotiations with customers and corporate clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Manage inventory control and dealership inventory levels to ensure availability of high-demand vehicles or products while minimizing excess stock. Support the sales team with training on retail math, upselling techniques, phone etiquette, communication skills, and effective customer engagement strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones through targeted outreach. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics proactively; analyze retail math data for continuous improvement. Organize public speaking events or presentations to enhance dealership visibility within the community or industry networks. Requirements 5+ years of automotive or powersports sales management experience Prior GSM experience strongly preferred Strong desking, closing, and forecasting ability Experience in a powersports environment. Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop teams CRM and digital retailing experience
