Responsibilities include:
Lead and grow a comprehensive planned giving program, cultivating and managing a portfolio of major and legacy gift donors while identifying new planned giving opportunities.
Build strong relationships with donors, financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, and other professional partners to expand awareness and support for the Foundation's planned giving initiatives.
Serve as the organization's subject matter expert in planned giving, developing donor proposals, supporting estate gift administration, and collaborating on major fundraising campaigns.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of successful experience in planned giving, major gifts, development, or a related field such as wealth management, estate planning, accounting, or financial planning.
Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
Demonstrated success in personally cultivating, soliciting, and closing major and planned gifts.
Ability to travel regionally as needed.
