With multiple manufacturing facilities across North America and extensive in-house capabilities, the organization delivers innovative production solutions and supports customers with mid- to high-volume manufacturing needs Job Description Manage and grow existing customer accounts while building strong, long-term relationships. Identify, qualify, target, and develop new business opportunities in partnership with Marketing. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth within targeted market segments. Lead new business growth initiatives and support cross-functional Strategic Customer Service and Operations Teams. Achieve established sales revenue goals aligned with corporate objectives. Prepare and communicate customer contact reports, monthly business updates, and management reports. Provide accurate new business forecasts and revenue projections. Collaborate with Program Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure customer success and business growth. Travel to support customer engagement and business development activities. The Successful Applicant 3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Proven business development leadership experience within a fabrication manufacturing organization. Demonstrated success identifying and growing profitable B2B customer relationships. Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills. Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer engagement. Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
