Full-time Role Description Spheros is seeking a North America Parts Sales Manager to lead and grow our aftermarket parts business across North America. This position will have commercial ownership of parts sales, distributor relationships, key accounts, pricing, forecasting, and overall customer experience. The Parts Sales Manager will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Service to drive profitable growth, improve parts availability, and strengthen our North American distributor network. Key Responsibilities Parts Sales & Distributor Management Own the North America parts sales strategy, revenue growth, and profitability Manage and develop distributor relationships and key parts accounts Establish sales targets and conduct regular business reviews with distributors Identify new sales opportunities, customers, and opportunities to expand the distributor network Serve as the primary commercial contact for escalated distributor and parts customer needs Pricing, Forecasting & Inventory Own parts pricing, price lists, discounts, and distributor commercial terms Monitor sales, margins, customer trends, and market opportunities Develop sales forecasts and communicate demand requirements Partner with Procurement and Operations to improve stocking levels, lead times, and parts availability Monitor backorders, critical parts, slow-moving inventory, and delivery risks Customer Experience & Operations Provide commercial leadership for the North America parts order process Partner with the Parts Customer Service team to ensure order accuracy, timely fulfillment, and strong customer communication Resolve escalated pricing, delivery, billing, and customer concerns Work with Quality and Returns teams to resolve damaged, incorrect, or warranty-related shipments Support continuous improvement of parts processes and customer service standards Business Performance Track and report key performance indicators including: Parts sales and revenue growth Gross margin Distributor performance Forecast accuracy Parts availability and backorders On-time delivery and customer service performance Qualifications 5+ years of experience in parts sales, aftermarket sales, account management, distribution, automotive, commercial vehicles, or manufacturing preferred Experience managing distributors or key customer accounts strongly preferred Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-management skills Experience with pricing, forecasting, inventory planning, and ERP/order management systems (SAP experience preferred) Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and take ownership of business results Ability to travel within North America as needed Why Spheros Join a global technology leader and take ownership of a strategically important North American aftermarket business.
