Capstone Healthcare is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives across its post-acute and long-term care network. Celebrate with nine paid holidays throughout the year. What You'll Do Develop and execute short and long-term business development strategies to drive census and revenue growth. Build and maintain strong partnerships with referral sources, hospitals, and community organizations. Lead outreach, marketing, and public relations efforts to enhance visibility and reputation. Oversee and support the admissions process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Track key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives. Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to align goals and outcomes across facilities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. 2 years of healthcare marketing, sales, or business development experience preferred. Proven record of driving census or revenue growth in skilled nursing, post-acute, or healthcare settings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and reimbursement structures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, PCC experience a plus. Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
