Job Description
As the Service Business Development Center Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business by overseeing the operations of our Business Development Center. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the dealership's success through effective customer relationship management, lead generation, and service appointment scheduling. Responsibilities Implement best practices and standards to enhance customer experience and build long-term relationships with customers Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationship management and improve appointment scheduling efficiency. Collaborate with service departments to ensure seamless communication and follow-up. Train, mentor, and manage BDC staff to achieve performance goals. Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Requirements Proven experience in a Business Development Center or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and performance metrics. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
