Job Description

Marketing & Sales Director:

$68,000-$70,000 annually DOE High commission structure Channel Point Village is looking for compassionate, hard-working and talented people to join our team! We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Director who shares our company values. Grow your skills with our team of compassionate individuals who love what they do and who they serve! As a Marketing & Sales Director, you are responsible for sales, tours, outreach, and marketing of our unique community. The Marketing & Sales Director will implement and coordinate all community sales related activities: Reinforce the community's brand reputation and achieve maximum occupancy goals Develop and implement community events to increase awareness of the property. Conduct outreach to the local area to prospective Residents, Resident Family Members and Community Leadership. Build referral partner relationships to include local Physicians, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Community Leaders. Deliver service excellence throughout each prospective customer experience. What you'll need to excel at this job: The ideal candidate will be a team player that enjoys challenges, is professional, upbeat, and encourages others to succeed.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel / hospitality or related healthcare environment preferred (i.e. hospital, skilled nursing, long term care, hospice, CCRC or home health) Previous sales experience and successful track record in identifying and building local relationships to drive business Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a deeply ingrained passion for seniors to successfully nurture relationships Schedule flexibility to work one weekend day per week (usually a Tuesday-Saturday schedule) as well as some evenings as necessary Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new applications; previous knowledge of a client relationship management tool for tracking leads preferred Must have the ability to travel locally to attend functions, network within the community, create and implement events. 4 year Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, preferred.
