What You'll Do Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in Scoop, serve, and prepare ice cream, sundaes, shakes, and other menu items accurately and efficiently Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Restock toppings, cones, and supplies throughout your shift Follow all food safety and hygiene standards Work as a team player to keep lines moving and customers happy What We're Looking For Friendly, energetic personality with a passion for customer service Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Availability to work open shifts and closing shifts: 10:30AM-10:00PM mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (peak times for us!) Reliable and punctual — your team counts on you No prior experience required — we'll train you!
