Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent front-of-house customer service Accurately process cash, card, and digital payments at the point of sale (POS) Take and relay customer orders clearly and efficiently Handle cash drawer, balance transactions, and process refunds or exchanges Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and front counter area Answer customer questions about the menu, ingredients, and halal food offerings Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements:

Previous cashier, retail, or food service experience preferred but not required Strong basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
