WHAT YOU'LL DO
Answers In Room Dining telephone and takes guest orders accurately in a helpful, friendly, courteous and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. Upsells sides, desserts and beverages to enhance profitability. Enters order into computerized system and settles check upon delivery of the order. Coordinates with various departments the set up and successful delivery of VIP amenities.
WHAT YOU BRING
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages. Guest Service experience, required. Food Service Certification.
