Job Description
Join the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Swamp Water Café ! We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team member who enjoys working with people and providing great service. In this role, you'll welcome guests, take and serve food and beverage orders, operate the cash register, and help create a positive dining experience from start to finish. What You'll Do Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Explain menu items and daily specials Serve guests and ensure they have a positive experience Operate the cash register and accurately handle cash and other payments Help protect company assets by following proper cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures Work collaboratively with the café team to keep service running smoothly What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of server, restaurant, or related customer service experience An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered Valid Florida Driver's License required Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Good verbal and written communication skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Pay$18.00-$21.15 per hour Why Join the Seminole Tribe of Florida?
