Day Shift:
10:30 AM - 4:30 PM (6 hours)
Night Shift:
4:30 PM - Close (typically 6-7 hours) Weekend and holiday availability is required. Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly attitude while serving multiple guests efficiently. Operate the POS (cash register) accurately. Answer phones, take orders, and assist walk-in customers. Recommend menu items and promote specials. Package takeout orders accurately. Restock drinks, sauces, napkins, and front counter supplies. Maintain a clean dining room, front counter, and restrooms throughout your shift. Wipe tables, sweep, mop floors, empty trash before it overflows, and clean spills promptly. Help organize inventory and stock supplies. Work closely with the kitchen team during busy meal periods. Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can multitask exceptionally well . During busy shifts, you'll often be expected to: Ring up customers while answering the phone. Package takeout orders while greeting guests. Restock supplies between customers. Keep the dining room clean while maintaining excellent customer service. Stay calm, organized, and positive during lunch and dinner rushes. This is one of the most important parts of the job. Friendly, positive attitude with outstanding customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Able to stand for 6-7 hours. Able to lift up to 25 pounds. Willing to perform cleaning duties, including mopping floors and cleaning restrooms. Basic math skills and comfortable using a POS system. Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual is a plus.
