Duties Scoop and serve a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the serving area, including food handling and kitchen surfaces. Operate POS system for processing transactions smoothly and accurately. Assist customers with selections, upselling additional items like toppings or specialty desserts to enhance their experience. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision Keep the work environment organized by cleaning, restocking supplies, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including preparing cones, cups, and other dessert accompaniments. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages guests Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods with speed and accuracy.
